Why do I have to schedule a move-in or move-out time?


All move-ins or move-outs must be scheduled to occur Monday through Friday from 9AM - 5PM. No moves may happen in evenings or weekends. Scheduling your move in-advance w. PMS is neccessary so that the elevator pads can be installed.




What is the grill lock combination?

What is the access code to the fitness center in the B-building?


No access code. Your FOB should work at the lobby door. The fitness center is located on the second floor.




Who is the HOA contact person for my building?

Where and when are the HOA Board meetings held?


The HOA Board Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month at 6:00PM. Homeowner informational meetings are held quarterly, prior to the HOA Board meetings at 5:00PM, in March, June, September and December. The meetings are held at the Daniel Island Public Library. 2301 Daniel Island Drive

Who is our contact for flood insurance?


Atlantic Shield Insurance 421 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, Ste 200 Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29464 (843) 856-2909 All requests for evidences of insurance from unit owners can be sent directly to the general email box provided below. Since our office recently got this account , most unit owners will need to provide us with information on where to send the evidence to. They can forward a copy of the letter they receive from the lender and we will get it processed. They also can send an email with the mortgagee clause, loan number and fax or email address to send it to. Once received in the workflow it generally takes 24 to 48 hours for processing. How can I get a new FOB or garage door opener?

Are Owners responsible for maintaining and fixing thier balcony doors?


Yes. Here is the vendor that supplied the metal swinging doors on the balconies: Swinging doors – Storefront Doors
Homeowner is responsible for fixing their doors.

Note: the door cannot be replaced unless the it is the exact door and with HOA board approval.
If door is out of alignment then the hinge screws need to be tightened. Also, weather is a big factor. For example, excessive sticking can be caused by swelling in damp weather.




Is it okay to have grills on our terraces?


Yes. The Board of Directors has retracted their decision from earlier this year about the use of Grills on Terraces. The Insurance company, after review of the Fire Marshal Bulletin attached, has agreed to allow open-flame cooking devices on the terraces of 200 River Landing. Please see the attached information from the Charleston Fire Department

How can I add something to the calendar?


You must be a site contributor to do this. That means that the calendar is updated from Wix, outside of the HOA website. If you're not a contributor, please contact me [Jeff Hall] and I'll be happy to add your event to the calendar. 1) Login to Wix 2) On the Dashboard, click Apps (on left), then click Manage Apps. 3) Select the Calendar App and then you can add events. Note that we currently have a trial version of the Calendar app. This is the best one so I recommend that we subscribe to it at $4.00 per month, paid annually.




How can I update the FAQ?


You must be a site contributor to do this. That means that the FAQ is updated from Wix, outside of the HOA website. If you're not a contributor, please contact me [ Jeff Hall] and I'll be happy to add your question to the FAQ. 1) Login to Wix 2) On the Dashboard, click Apps (on left), then click Manage Apps. 3) Select the FAQ App and then you can update questions and add categories.




How can I post a Blog?


Posting a Blog: 1) Log into the HOA Website. 2) Go to the Blog page (under Residents menu). 3) Click the Create Post button. If you don't see the button then you don't have permission to create posts. Let me [ Jeff Hall] know and I'll update your permissions, HOA Board members only please. Note: when creating your blog be sure and click the dots and select the appropriate categories for the post. You can also disable viewer comments on your post. After publishing, click the dots and then you can turn off viewer comments. If you want to do something structural, such as add or change the Blog categories, you'll need to be a site contributor for that. That means that the Blog structure is updated from Wix, outside of the HOA website. To change Blog App settings: 1) Login to Wix 2) On the Dashboard, click Apps (on left), then click Manage Apps. 3) Select the Blog App and then you can make updates.




How can I post the HOA Board meeting minutes?


You must be a site contributor to do this. That means that the files are uploaded and linked from Wix, outside of the HOA website. If you're not a contributor, please contact me [ Jeff Hall] and I'll be happy to add your minutes to the site.
